Our vision for Compass Rose Marina is a relaxed modern design with emphasis on movement, creating spaces that cater to all personalities. At the pool terrace, guests can enjoy stunning views to the Gulf of Mexico, surrounded by lush tropical landscape while relaxing in the infinity pool or having a cocktail at the swim-up bar.
The rooftop offers three multi-venue spaces for events, the pergola with almost 7,400 sf area shaded by lilac flowers of queens wreath vine can gather a small company’s event or a large wedding ceremony, a smaller multi-event area with artificial turf sided by a coffee-bar and the lounging area being ideal for sunbathing or yoga class. The rooftop entry and swim up bar provide a unique amenity not often found in the area.
Other exciting amenities are the bocce court, ping-pong tables and three fire pit areas. In addition guests will enjoy endless days of sun and relaxation surrounded by palm trees and a waterfall at the rooftop water park where they can also refresh at the beach pool, have fun at the lazy river, or sip on a cocktail at the swim-up bar. In our commitment to inclusivity, we have included two ada-compliant ramps.
IDG joined the design team offering its expertise in resort design combined with experience in rooftop environments, and provided area development design for all exterior spaces.
