St. Thomas University Phase 3 is a student housing community along with restaurants and bowling alley located in Miami Gardens, Florida. Our vision is to create gathering spaces for students with easy access to and from all points of the campus. The design is inspired from the use of the building and newly installed plaza on campus. We aim to bring an enjoyable experience as visitors and residents appreciate the spaces through the use of colors, textures, materials and activities.
IDG provided the design phases from conceptual through construction administration including landscape, hardscape, irrigation and lighting.
