Mosby at West Melbourne

Mosby West Melbourne was designed to create a gathering place for the community to gather and relax. IDG designed an amenity space that includes a pool with sun shelves, a large gathering area, and a grand stair entrance with plenty of lounge seating, as well as a dog park, an outdoor kitchen and dining area, a game lawn, and a fire pit area.

The property is part of a large mixed-use, walkable community featuring a mix of luxury apartments, restaurants, retail, and two recreational lakes. IDG created a network of paths that connect seamlessly with the broader pedestrian pathways that connect the community.
