The Daytona Beach Renaissance Hotel has become an important part of the Daytona Beach skyline, thanks to its impeccable design. The hotel moved into the former location of the Ocean Breeze Club.
The 11-story, 190-room hotel has modern amenities, including a restaurant with outdoor dining that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. The hotel’s pool area includes features such as a water wall, cabanas and an outdoor beach club bar. The event lawn has terraced amphitheater seating which provides an area of entertainment for guests and special events like weddings and parties.
Innovations Design Group provided concepts through construction documents for the area development of the hotel renovation.
