Waterset is a 1,300 acre master planned community in Apollo Beach, Florida, offering thoughtfully designed neighborhoods connected by parks, greenways, and recreational trails. Community amenities include a lakeside café, recreation center, dog park, fitness facilities, resort style pool, children’s splash area, preschool, and more than eight acres of parks and open space that encourage an active outdoor lifestyle.
IDG was tasked with developing Phase III of the community, including the main roadways, buffers, parks, hardscape, landscape, and irrigation.
