Vineland Pointe is a new 450,000 SF retail shopping center located adjacent to Simon’s popular Orlando Vineland Premium Outlet Mall and located at the intersection of I-4 and Daryl Carter Parkway. Under the new I-4 Ultimate Improvement Project, plans are in place to create an interchange where I-4 meets the Daryl Carter Parkway. This will directly connect the site to the highly trafficked interstate.
IDG was tasked with providing hardscape and landscape design, signage design, and development standards for the retail center.
