The goal for Halifax Oasis is to create a mixed-use community that stands apart in the Daytona market by blending build-to-rent homes, commercial spaces, and resort-style amenities into one connected destination. A central trail winds through native landscapes, linking residents to gathering spaces, an event lawn, fire pit, pet-friendly recreation areas, and outdoor amenities designed for relaxation and community connection.
IDG provided conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration, including landscape, hardscape, irrigation, and site furnishings, creating a cohesive outdoor environment for modern community living.
