Our vision for the V2 Apartments is a relaxed modern design with an emphasis on movement and creating various spaces that cater to all personalities that can be found within a multi-family community. A linear pool animates the deck, inviting visitors to experience all of its areas with a luxurious view of the lake or soak up the Florida sun on the sunshelf. A meandering walkway with a pocket park area is also incorporated. Grill areas, firepit, and a community dog park all serve as spaces of entertainment and interaction with other residents. Peaceful relaxation can be enjoyed within the poolside cabanas and hammocks or over synthetic lawn areas. Harmony can also be found within the hardscape and site furnishings; industrial materials such as concrete and metal are paired alongside organic elements of wood and an abundance greenery.
IDG provided design phases from conceptual through construction administration, including landscape, hardscape and irrigation.
