Our goal for Port Malabar Apartments is to develop a community that is unique to the local market. Setting ourselves apart from other communities with a blend of refined architectural character, resort style amenities, and a distinct connection to nature. Port Malabar Apartments is optimally positioned in the growing Palm Bay area with close proximity to retail centers, parks, Indian River, and the beach. Within the site, the community offers a variety of amenities and experiences that foster social interaction with neighbors, as well as moments of private reflection and relaxation. There are spaces for all personalities that can be found within a multi-family community. The community amenities include a resort style pool with large cabanas and a shade pavilion, a courtyard amenity with outdoor grilling terrace and dining pavilion and event/game lawn, a dog park amenity, and a garden park area adjacent to retail space.
IDG provided code minimum, conceptual design, design development, bidding, construction documents and construction administration. Scope included landscape, hardscape and irrigation.
