Our goal for Cypress Sound is to develop a community that is unique to the local market. Setting ourselves apart from other communities with a blend of refined architectural character, resort style amenities, and a distinct connection to nature. Cypress Sound is optimally positioned in the Lake Buena Vista region with close proximity to retail centers, the theme parks, and hotel resorts. Within the site, the community offers a variety of amenities and experiences that foster social interaction with neighbors, as well as moments of private reflection and relaxation. There are spaces for all personalities that can be found within a multi-family community. The community also offers a dog park amenity and park areas.
IDG provided code minimum, conceptual design, design development, bidding, construction documents and construction administration. Scope included landscape, hardscape and irrigation.
