Our vision for the Four Mile Road apartments is a relaxed modern design with an emphasis on movement, creating various spaces which cater to all personalities that can be found within a multi-family community. a linear pool, a game lawn for entertainment, and hammocks invite visitors to experience all of its areas. Grill areas, a firepit, and a community dog park, all serve as spaces of entertainment and interaction for the resident. Additionally, a pickle ball court is located at the end of the site. Harmony can also be found within the hardscape and site furnishings; industrial materials such as concrete and metal are paired alongside organic elements of wood and an abundance of greenery.
IDG provided code minimum planning, conceptual design, design development, construction documents and construction administration. Scope of services included landscape, hardscape, and irrigation.
