The retail center’s name reflects its open-air, landscaped courtyard setting, a communal plaza where residents and visitors gather. Walking paths, shaded seating areas, and decorative potted palms weave through storefronts, offering a relaxed, breezy Floridian feel. It’s designed as a garden style, walkable strip center, with nearly 535 parking spaces serving a mix of retail, dining, fitness, medical, and service tenants.
