Job Title: Landscape Designer
Job Location: Nashville, TN
Job Duties: Prepare graphic representations of proposed landscape architectural designs; consult with the clients and architects on landscape design projects; develop marketing materials, proposals and presentations to generate new landscape architecture project opportunities; collaborate with estimators to cost landscape design projects and coordinate bids from landscaping contractors; analyze data on conditions such as site location and drainage for landscaping plans; research latest products, technology and design trends to stay current in the landscape design field.
Requirements: Position requires Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. Position also requires at least 6 months of experience in the job offered or in the alternate occupation of CAD Drafter or Architectural Drafter. The required experience must have been gained in a company that is engaged in providing landscape architectural design services.
