Dale Chappell

With over 27 years in landscape construction and flatwork, Dale Chappell is
a results-driven team player passionate about productivity, precision, and
safety. His expertise spans major amusement parks in Orlando and Tampa,
statewide highway beautification, and projects for DOD, NASA, DOT, and
various municipalities.

As Senior Associate Construction Administrator at IDG, Dale ensures that all
submittals meet specifications, research, and documents all request for
information active projects, and oversees project inspections. A proud U.S.
Marine Corps veteran, he brings discipline, adaptability, and leadership to
every project. His extensive certifications-including OSHA 30-Hour, CDL
Class A, and DOD Security Clearance-reflect his commitment to quality and
workplace safety.

Dale is always ready to assist and share knowledge. When he’s not on-site,
he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, tackling home projects. He
believes that practice leads to perfection, and with teamwork, makes the
dream work.
