Matt Youst

Matt is a strong believer in creating outdoor environments for the entertainment and relaxation of the human mind, body and spirit, specializing in site detail development and site-specific design. His collaborative approach blends functional, timeless design with environmental stewardship and regional influences that highlight each site’s unique character. With experience across both public and private sectors, Matt handles all phases of the design process, from research and analysis to construction observation and administration. He has contributed to the success of a variety of projects including recreational parks, mixed use developments, high-end community and multifamily amenities, condo tower amenities, resorts and themed entertainment projects throughout the Southeast United States and the Caribbean.
