500 TownPark is a 135,000 square foot office building in Lake Mary’s Colonial TownPark development, designed to provide employees with modern workplace amenities and sustainable outdoor environments. The site features outdoor seating areas, nearby walking trails, and thoughtfully planned open spaces that promote wellness and everyday use.
Innovations Design Group provided landscape architecture services with a focus on LEED Silver certification, incorporating sustainable hardscape, landscape, and irrigation solutions, recycled site furnishings, and plant selections that complement the site’s natural environment.
