Avalon Flats

Our vision for Avalon Flats Multi-Family Garden is to create an organic design to provide an immersive experience with an emphasis on economical design. By designing budget-friendly environmentm we were able to provide a luxury-style pool area. Our design allows families to enjoy luxurious amenities while living in a budget-friendly community.
IDG provided conceptual design, code minimum, design development, construction documents and construction administration including hardscape, landscape and irrigation.
