Aventon Lana is a multi-family project that will consist of ten residential buildings with an independent standing clubhouse. Located off the modern farmhouse-themed clubhouse is a resort-styled pool area which overlooks the adjacent wetland. The common area has multiple seating areas, a bar area, cabana, and summer kitchen. The 396-unit project is situated on 23 acres. Parks, dog areas, and green space are included to address the evolving needs for outdoor gathering areas.
Innovations Design Group was tasked with providing the landscape architecture including landscape, hardscape, lighting, irrigation, signage, and water features.
