Aventon Highgrove is a multi-family project that consists of residential buildings with an independent standing clubhouse. Located off the modern farmhouse-themed clubhouse is a resort-styled salt-water pool area. The common area has multiple seating areas, a bar area, cabana, and summer kitchen. Parks, dog areas, and green space are included to address the evolving needs for outdoor gathering areas.
Innovations Design Group was tasked with providing the landscape architecture including landscape, hardscape, lighting, irrigation, signage, and water features.
