Aventon Poinciana II

Our goal for Aventon Poinciana II is to develop a community which encourages creativity, relaxation, and connection. The site is located within the heart of central Florida’s theme park attractions, and within close proximity to a wide variety of retail and nightlife. Within the site, the community offers a variety of amenities and experiences that foster social interaction with neighbors, as well as moments of private reflection and relaxation. The design supports the modern aesthetic of the architecture and melds it with a lush tropical landscape, creating a sense of luxury and tranquility. The sense of order established by the hardscape is supported by tropical landscape masses following the same axis. The landscape as well as screen walls provides a buffer from Poinciana Boulevard. Modern materials and clean lines flanked by flexible lawn spaces offer visual interest as well as a sense of order. The community offers a variety of amenity spaces including the main amenity pool deck and clubhouse, pond overlook pavilion, dog park, and courtyard garden. Open-air cooking and dining facilities offer spaces for community wide events or family gatherings. A variety of seating areas including fire pit and hammock areas provide residents with a multitude of options for socialization or retreat. Poinciana II brings a resort-style atmosphere to the heart of Orlando. The design aesthetic elevates the visual interest and usability of the surrounding area.
