Brentwood is a new “townhome” master planned community broken up into two phases. The new Central Florida Community, which consists of 900 townhomes, is located in the Haines City region. The project features community parks, walking and jogging trails and two modern amenity areas. The amenity areas consist of resort pools, cabanas, fire pits, kids’ playground, pop jets, and lawn areas.
IDG provided landscape architecture, signage, and lighting design services for the overall project.
