City Center is a landmark mixed-use destination in the heart of Santo Domingo, bringing together more than 120,000 square meters of retail, dining, and entertainment across four levels flanked by office and residential towers. Our designers shaped the outdoor environment to match the project’s scale and ambition, creating a welcoming and memorable experience from entry to rooftop.
Visitors arrive through lush, layered plantings that frame the main approach and guide views toward a terraced entry fountain – the project’s signature landscape feature. The planting design uses a vibrant, climate-appropriate palette that delivers year-round color, texture, and shade, while reinforcing a strong sense of place within the Capital City.
Throughout the development, curated spaces are reserved for locally crafted sculptures, integrating art into the pedestrian experience and celebrating Dominican culture. These art moments, combined with comfortable seating, shaded walkways, and thoughtfully organized circulation, enrich the outdoor realm and support the development’s role as a social and commercial hub.
