City Center is a landmark mixed-use destination in the heart of Santo Domingo, spanning over 120,000 square meters of retail, dining, entertainment, office, and residential space. Our designers created a welcoming outdoor environment centered around a terraced entry fountain framed by lush, climate-appropriate plantings that provide year-round color, texture, and shade.
Throughout the development, spaces for locally crafted sculptures celebrate Dominican culture while enhancing the pedestrian experience. Comfortable seating, shaded walkways, and thoughtfully organized circulation create inviting gathering spaces, reinforcing City Center’s role as a vibrant social and commercial destination.
