Cutler Bay Transit Village

Cutler Bay Transit Village, a remarkable, contemporary mixed-use community in the heart of Cutler Bay, FL, is composed of four primary blocks, each designed to its own unique clientele, and over 600 linear feet of retail frontage. The project will also incorporate a large pedestrian-oriented plaza fronting South Dixie Highway, which doubles as an outdoor space with temporary tents for various vendors and events. A pedestrian trail with a designated dog park and tot lot is also proposed between blocks two and three. The commercial roof decks shall include a meandering trail with seating areas and lush landscaping.
