Our vision for the Davenport Apartments has been achieved through the use of clean modern forms with an emphasis on community connectivity, creating various spaces that cater to all personalities found within a multi-family community. A stepped pool animates the deck, providing both fitness function as well as private enclaves for guests. residents and guests can relax in a poolside cabana, soak up the Florida sun on the pool’s sun shelf, recline by the fire pit, exercise with their pet in the dog park or unwind on a daybed under the shade pergola.
IDG provided code minimum planning, conceptual design, design development, construction documents and construction administration. Scope of services included landscape, hardscape and irrigation.
