FishHawk is an award winning master planned community in Lithia, Florida, recognized for its commitment to environmental preservation and sustainable development. For an age restricted neighborhood within the community, IDG designed a new amenity center featuring a resort style pool, activity pool, gardens, bocce ball courts, and outdoor terraces that encourage recreation, relaxation, and social connection.
IDG developed the landscape architectural design for the amenity center, creating welcoming outdoor spaces that complement the community’s natural surroundings.
