Our goal for Halifax Oasis is to develop a mixed-use community that is unique to the Daytona market. The new mixed-use development will consist of apartments, rental homes, townhomes, and commercial properties within the overall community project. The 400-unit apartment community offers a variety of amenities and experiences that foster social interaction with neighbors, as well as moments of private reflection and relaxation.
The community resort amenities and pool offer an opportunity for residents to enjoy both recreation and relaxation. Residents can lounge on the pool sun shelf, utilize the yoga lawn and outdoor kitchen for gatherings and recreational activities, or relax in the luxury of a poolside cabana. The dog park and hammock garden are a couple of the spaces residents and guests can enjoy and fostering a sense of community and relaxation. This design provides spaces with flexible uses that can cater to all of the community residents. Residents can enjoy the community with family and friends, meet neighbors through social events, or enjoy a moment to themselves.
