The goal for Halifax Oasis is to create a unique mixed-use community in the Daytona market that blends residential, commercial, and recreational spaces into one connected destination. The 400-unit apartment community features resort-style amenities including a pool with a sun shelf, yoga lawn, outdoor kitchen, cabanas, hammock garden, and dog park, offering spaces for recreation, relaxation, and community gatherings.
IDG provided conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration, including landscape, hardscape, irrigation, and site furnishings, creating a cohesive outdoor environment for residents to enjoy.
