Our vision for Hanging Moss apartments has been achieved through the use of clean modern forms with an emphasis on community connectivity, creating various spaces that cater to all personalities found within a multi-family community. An orthogonally stepped pool animates the deck, providing both fitness function as well as private enclaves for guests. residents and guests can Relax in a poolside cabana, soak up the florida sun on the pool’s sun shelf, or unwind on a daybed under the shade pergola. The outdoor grilling and dining pavilion provides a gathering space for residents, as well as a turf game lawn suitable for everyday play or community wide events. A community dog park and courtyards throughout the site all serve as spaces of entertainment and interaction with other residents. Another area catering to peaceful relaxation is an overlook deck adjacent to the pond, with a firepit and lounge seating. All of the community amenities are highlighted with modern hardscape finishes, furnishings and highlighted with lush garden landscape plantings.
