An orthogonal resort-style pool, sun shelf, poolside cabanas, daybeds, grilling pavilion, game lawn, dog park, courtyards, and a pond overlook with a fire pit provide residents with spaces to socialize, stay active, and unwind in a beautifully landscaped setting.
IDG provided code minimum planning, conceptual design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration, creating a cohesive outdoor environment highlighted by contemporary hardscape, site furnishings, and lush landscape plantings.
