Hawk’s Crest is a new 695-home community planned on the 200-acre San Pedro Center land previously owned by the Catholic Diocese of Orlando. This includes both a gated 250-unit townhome community as well as a gated residential neighborhood with lot sizes ranging from 45 feet to 70 feet. The townhomes are a separate community with their own pool and clubhouse, while the neighborhood has many amenities of their own including a large pool and clubhouse and a community dock on Lake Howell.
IDG provided landscape architectural design services for the entire project including the entrance, gated entrance and bridge, amenity area and all parks.
