This hotel, located in Historic Rose Hall, Jamaica was once a Ritz Carlton property. The Owners wished to revitalize the property and expand on it while respecting the already established tradition and vernacular of the area. The additions to the property include an adults only hotel, an F&B village and new pools. Renovations will also be made to the existing pool and existing hotel. Part of the landscape strategy is to re-use as much of the existing palms and shrubs as possible.
IDG devised a plan to incorporate the re-use of this material and minimize the need to purchase new plant material for the property. This property will be Hyatt Hotel’s first in the all inclusive branded hotels.
