Wekiva Ranch is a 368-unit class A apartment community situated on 21.5 acres in Apopka, Florida, One of Orlando’s fastes growing sub-markets. The proposed Development includes a unit mix of studios and three-bedroom apartments all featuring Class A finishes, as well as new, first-to-market townhome style units. The development will incorporate a variety of community amenities, including a swimming pool, firepit lounge, outdoor dining terrace and a jogging track. In addition, Wekiva Ranch will include 35,000 square feet of commercial and retail spaces within the development.
IDG provided landscape architectural design for the multifamily and commercial portions of the development including the retail terraces and open spaces.
