Kissimmee Apartments

Our vision for the Kissimmee Apartments is a relaxed design with an emphasis on movement, creating various spaces that cater to all personalities that can be found within a multi-family community. The main clubhouse amenity serves as the primary gathering space for residents. Centrally located within the community, the amenities include a resort style pool with a central axis that leads the views out to the pond with fountains. The pool area also provides a variety of lounging options from cabanas and day beds to the traditional chaise lounges, sunshelf, and hammocks. The lake pavilion and outdoor kitchen area, fire-pit lounge area, passive park spaces, and community dog-park are all connected by a trail around the pond. All of the community amenity spaces have been designed to be functional and also beautiful with pops of hardscape finishes and furnishings, accentuated with lush garden landscape plantings. IDG provided conceptual design through construction administration phases including landscape, hardscape and irrigation services.
