Lawson Dunes is a single family community in Haines City designed to encourage family connection through inviting outdoor spaces and resort style amenities. Ribbon inspired pathways weave through open green spaces, connecting residents to oversized dog parks, playgrounds, a beach entry pool, lounge decks, private cabanas, and a hammock garden that balance recreation with relaxation.
IDG provided code minimum planning, conceptual design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration, including landscape, hardscape, irrigation, and site furnishings, creating a cohesive outdoor environment for modern community living.
