Max Condos in Daytona Beach Shores is a 72-unit luxury condominium complex with direct beach access to the Atlantic Ocean. It’s location on the main Florida oceanfront route, A1A, gives the residents easy accessibility to many restaurants, stores and entertainment venues such as the Daytona International Speedway.
Innovations Design Group provided landscape architecture services for this project which features a coastal plant palette. Many luxuries were designed for the residents including a large lap pool, event lawn, dog park, summer kitchen and rooftop amenities overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Intercoastal Waterway.
