Innovations Design Group was commissioned by the property owners to master plan and conceptualize the development of a world class,Tuscan inspired, executive home community in Mt. Juliet, TN.
We aimed to promote an image of a residential project inspired by the timeless charm of Tuscany, where each element exudes rustic elegance and serenity. The focal point of this community is a unique, high-end entry that sets the tone for a luxurious living experience. Inside, greenways wind through the neighborhood, connecting residents to lush parks and open areas adorned with running and walking paths, large open ponds that shine at the heart of the development, inviting moments of reflection and relaxation.
IDG provided land-planning and landscape architectural services for the overall community as well as site-specific designs for all the amenity spaces throughout the community. Detailed planting, hardscape studies, and program development were all developed for the project and an integral component to the project.
