Mosby Deerbrook was designed to create a gathering place for the community to be able to gather and relax while overlooking the beautiful lake. IDG designed a social pool with a large gathering area and plenty of lounge chairs as well. The amenity space also includes a dog park, an outdoor area with swings and tables, and a fun game lawn.
A lush planting design with multiple lawn areas can be found throughout the property. Also, here at the property, you can get gorgeous views and an enjoyable ambiance.
