The new Nickelodeon Hotel & Resort will bring guests and residents an exciting new way to express their fandom and make long-lasting memories.
The hotel will have over 400 rooms and condo units, which will be available ranging from studios to two-bedroom options. They will all be inspired by different characters and experiences familiar to Nickelodeon fans.
IDG’s vision for the area development is to emulate an under the sea atmosphere through colorful landscape and to provide different levels of luxury giving guests the possibility to enjoy a variety of experiences without leaving the Resort. This Family friendly development includes a lazy river for guest to relax, a kids zone with water slides and water features for kids of different ages, and a pool shaped as the classic Nickelodeon logo for the family to enjoy together.
IDG provided code minimum design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration, including landscape, hardscape,irrigation and site furnishing selection.
