The Nickelodeon Hotel & Resort is a family-focused destination featuring more than 400 themed hotel rooms and condominium units inspired by beloved Nickelodeon characters. IDG envisioned an immersive, under-the-sea landscape experience with colorful plantings and resort-style amenities, including a lazy river, interactive children’s water play zone, water slides, and a signature pool shaped like the iconic Nickelodeon logo. IDG provided code minimum design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration, including landscape, hardscape, irrigation, and site furnishing selection, creating an engaging environment for guests of all ages.
