Our vision for the Prose Diplomat apartments has been achieved through the use of clean modern forms with an emphasis on community connectivity, creating various spaces that cater to all personalities found within a multi-family community. A stepped pool animates the deck, providing both fitness function as well as private enclaves for guests. residents and guests can relax poolside or soak up the Florida sun on the pool’s sunshelf, enjoy the dog park or outdoor dining area.

IDG provided code minimum planning, conceptual design, site lighting, construction documents and construction administration. Scope of services included landscape, hardscape, lighting and irrigation.
