Prose- Plant City

Our vision for the Prose at Plant City apartments has been achieved through the use of clean modern forms with an emphasis on community connectivity, creating various spaces that cater to all personalities found within a multi-family community. A sloped pool animates the deck, providing a relaxing and beautiful view as well as private enclaves for guests and a dog park for our resident’s furry friends. Residents and guests can relax poolside or soak up the Florida sun on the pool’s sun shelf.

IDG provided code minimum planning, conceptual design, site lighting, construction documents and construction administration. Scope of services included landscape, hardscape, lighting and irrigation.
