The tower is set on a 3.11-acre site with elegantly landscaped gardens and direct access to 300 feet of oceanfront. This Sunny Isles Beach condominium project – Armani Residences, was designed by the world-renowned architect Cesar Pelli, known locally as the architect that designed the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in Miami.
