Signature Place

Signature Place condominium was built in 2009 overlooking Tampa Bay and is one of the tallest condo towers in downtown St. Petersburg, FL. Residents of the building are within walking distance to restaurants, clubs, galleries, theatres and downtown waterfront parks. Along with amenities such as 24 hour concierge and a state of the art fitness center, the property features a 30,000 SF amenity deck with heated swimming pool and spa, cabanas, party room and outdoor putting green.

IDG was tasked by the owner’s association to renovate and update the outdoor amenity area. This scope of work included renovating the pool and spa, reconfiguring the area around the pool to maximize space and provide more seating options, adding outdoor flex lawn space, and creating an outdoor kitchen area. Additionally, the new design takes advantage of the best view area on the deck overlooking the Bay. As part of the original build this area had been blocked off to access as part of a value engineering exercise. With the new remodel access is restored and this area will now become one of the most popular spots on the property as residents will be able to enjoy the firepits overlooking the bay area.
