Signature Place is a luxury condominium tower overlooking Tampa Bay in downtown St. Petersburg, featuring a 30,000 square foot amenity deck with a pool, spa, cabanas, and panoramic waterfront views. The renovation reimagined the outdoor amenities by expanding gathering spaces, adding an outdoor kitchen, flexible lawn areas, and restoring access to one of the property’s premier bayfront overlooks with new fire pit seating.
IDG was commissioned by the condominium association to renovate the outdoor amenity deck, enhancing the pool, spa, and surrounding landscape while creating functional, resort style spaces that maximize views of Tampa Bay.
