Our vision for Skyway Village is a contemporary design overflowing with colors and textures. The programs included in the design emphasize the importance of movement and socializing.
The community offers a variety of amenity spaces including the main amenity pool deck, beer garden, pavilion, outdoor kitchen, dog park, and outdoor movie lawn.
The curvilinear pool shape invites visitors to experience all its playful areas. The beer garden connects to the interior lounge and game area to create a cohesive atmosphere and allow guests to enjoy the interior/ exterior experience. The outdoor kitchen, pavilion and fire pit area serve as spaces for social happy hour or simply enjoying time with friends and family. Residents can lounge on the pool sun shelf, sunbathe on the pool loungers or lounge in the luxury of a pool side cabana. The events lawn and hammock garden are a great location for social happy hours, community movies under the starts, or simply just relaxing with friends.
