The Flower Landside is the first phase of a large mixed-use, master-planned development on the coast of Hainan Island, China. The project includes high-rise, mid-rise, and villa residences, themed hotels, a theme park, and a large man-made lake surrounded by boardwalks, parks, and pedestrian connections. A public park system along the highway creates a landscaped buffer while linking the community to the beach.
IDG was commissioned to develop the overall master plan, delivering the complete vision and rendered plan within an accelerated project schedule.
