Our vision for the hall at FSU is to create a comfortable and integrated design within the shared complex of buildings. This community offers a variety of amenities and experiences that foster social interactions with neighbors as well as moments of private reflection and relaxation. Linear pools along with two courtyards offer multiple spaces for residents and visitors. The residents can watch a movie or the game on the jumbo screen, have an entertaining time at the grill areas, or have conversations around the firepits. For time to relax, they can use the lounges around the pool and soak up the Florida sun with a flowing design, that invites guests to relax.
IDG scope of services will include a code minimum phase, conceptual design phase, design development, construction documents, and construction administration for landscape, hardscape, irrigation, and lighting.
