The Landings at Lake Trask is a 143-lot subdivision located outside of the city of Dundee, Florida. The residential development is located off Lake Trask and Highway 17 with multiple entries into the project. The area development consists of multiple entry designs, buffers, green space, parks, and one amenity area.
IDG provided code minimum planning, conceptual design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. Scope of services included landscape, hardscape, irrigation, signage and site furnishings.
