The Preserve at Cross Creek

Our goal for The Preserve at Cross Creek South is to develop a community that is unique to the Sarasota market. Setting ourselves apart from other communities with a blend of refined architectural character and a distinct connection to nature.
The Community project will consist of single-family lots, retail, along with an amenity area, and various common areas. IDG’s scope of service includes a conceptual design phase for landscape, hardscape, lighting, and signage.
